Individual and Couples Therapy

*******************Individual Therapy (In-person and virtual)*******************

Does this sound like something you can identify with....

- Everything irritates you
- You are not enjoying things you used to enjoy
- You are tired all of the time even after you have slept
- You are having nightmares
- You feel panicky most of the time (at home and in public)
- Your energy is low
- You feel overwhelmed with work, school and your relationships

It may seem shameful to admit some of these, but I promise you that you are not the only one. Therapy can provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about about these things and many other things that only you (and your dog) know about. You don't have to keep it inside and you certainly don't have to continue to live a life like this.

*****************Couples Therapy (In-person and Virtual)******************

- You often feel misunderstood
- You want to be sure you are going into your relationship on the right foot
- Everything you say is wrong
- You want to improve your communication
- You and your partner always seem to be arguing about small things
- You and your partner do not agree about family issues
- There is or has been infidelity/mistrust
- You are thinking about ending your marriage/relationship
